This privacy notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) for the website streamonair.it and its subdomains only, and not for other websites the user may visit through links. This is a translation: in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

Optionally, explicitly and voluntarily sending a request through the contact form, a WhatsApp message or an email to the addresses shown on this website involves the collection of the data needed to reply and of any other personal data included in the request. Personal data collected: full name, email, phone number, date, place and type of event, number of guests, chosen package and message text.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Browsing data is used to check that the website works correctly and securely, and may be used to establish liability in the event of computer crimes (legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Data voluntarily provided by the user is used to answer requests and prepare quotes (legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data is not used for marketing purposes and is not sold or passed on to third parties.

Third-party services

  • Contact form – Web3Forms: form data is forwarded to the controller's email address through the Web3Forms service, acting as data processor. The service may involve the transfer of data to countries outside the EU, carried out on the basis of the safeguards provided for in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
  • WhatsApp: if you choose to send your request via WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) under its own privacy policy.
  • Instagram gallery: the "Our latest nights" section shows images published on the Stream On Air Instagram profile through an external feed service: when the images load, your browser shares your IP address with the provider, which is needed to display them.
  • Hosting: the website is hosted by a hosting provider that processes browsing data on behalf of the controller.

Fonts are hosted directly on this website: no requests are made to Google Fonts.

Security measures

The controller applies specific technical and organisational security measures to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access. For more information, write to stream.onair.truck@gmail.com.

Retention period

Browsing data and data provided by users are kept for 24 months, unless the request leads to a contract: in that case data is kept for the period required by law.

Cookies
