How it works
From first message to first cocktail
Based in Cavriago (Reggio Emilia, Italy). Travel included within 50 km, then a mileage fee: we work in Reggio Emilia, Parma, Modena, across Emilia-Romagna and in Tuscany, Umbria and Marche.

Airstream hire for trade fairs and festivals: FAQ
What do you need from the organisers?
A 7.50 × 2.50 m space reachable by vehicle and at least a 3 kW supply with a blue 16 A 220 V industrial socket. In Italy, SIAE music licensing paperwork and fees are the organiser's responsibility.
Can you stay several days for a fair or festival?
Yes. The price depends on the number of days: send us the event schedule and we'll include it in the quote.
Do you come to vintage fests and rallies?
Yes, they are among the occasions where the Airstream feels most at home. Write to us with dates and place.
How long until you're up and running?
About 30 minutes from arrival. Bar, sound system, decks and lights are always on board.
