Frequently asked questions
Before you book
How much space does the Airstream need?
The Airstream is 7.50 metres long and 2.50 metres wide. It needs vehicle access to the spot where we park it: if in doubt, send us a few photos of the venue and we'll check together.
What power supply is needed?
A supply of up to 3 kW is enough. During the site check, even remotely, we agree together where to plug in.
How long does set-up take?
The Airstream is ready about 30 minutes after arrival: bar, decks, sound system and lights are all already on board.
Do you travel outside the Reggio Emilia area?
Yes. Travel is included within 50 km of Reggio Emilia; beyond that a mileage fee applies. We have worked in Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria and Marche, and we can travel anywhere in Italy.
How much does it cost to hire the Airstream?
The price depends on the type of event, its length, the number of days and the package. Fill in the form or message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a tailor-made quote.
Can I hire it without a DJ or bartender?
Yes, with the Airstream only package: the trailer arrives fitted with sound system and lights, and one of our supervisors stays on site for the whole event.
What music do you play?
Our DJ set covers any genre: from rock'n'roll and funk to house and today's hits. We build the playlist around your crowd and the moment of the night.
Who handles music licensing (SIAE)?
In Italy, SIAE music licensing paperwork and fees are the responsibility of the event organiser. If it's your first time, we'll explain how it works.
