Which package to choose
For a company party the Full Experience works best, with bar and music together. For stands, fairs and openings, Airstream only or Airstream + Cocktail Bar is often enough.
How it works
From first message to first cocktail
Based in Cavriago (Reggio Emilia, Italy). Travel included within 50 km, then a mileage fee: we work in Reggio Emilia, Parma, Modena, across Emilia-Romagna and in Tuscany, Umbria and Marche.

Quote
You receive a tailor-made proposal. You secure the date with a contract and a 40% deposit.
Site check
We check access (7.50 × 2.50 m) and power (min. 3 kW, blue 16 A 220 V socket), even just from a few photos of the venue.
On air
We arrive, everything is ready in 30 minutes, and at the end of the night we leave the place as we found it.

Airstream hire for corporate events: FAQ
Can you style the Airstream in our company colours?
Yes. For trade fairs, product launches and brand activations we dress it in your colours and can add custom gadgets. Describe your idea in the quote request.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Stream On Air is a VAT-registered Italian business: quote and invoice are made out to your company.
Can you cover multi-day events?
Yes. The price also depends on the number of days: send us the schedule and we'll include it in the quote.
How many staff come with the Airstream?
As standard 1 DJ and 1 bartender, plus a supervisor on site. For large events we add staff on request.
