For a complete party choose the Full Experience. If you already have music, go for Airstream + Cocktail Bar; if you want to dance and handle the drinks yourself, Airstream + DJ.
How it works
From first message to first cocktail
Based in Cavriago (Reggio Emilia, Italy). Travel included within 50 km, then a mileage fee: we work in Reggio Emilia, Parma, Modena, across Emilia-Romagna and in Tuscany, Umbria and Marche.

We arrive, everything is ready in 30 minutes, and at the end of the night we leave the place as we found it.

Airstream hire for private parties: FAQ
Can the party be in a private garden?
Yes, if there is vehicle access for a 7.50 × 2.50 m footprint and at least a 3 kW supply with a blue 16 A 220 V industrial socket. Send us a few photos and we'll check together.
Can I have just the DJ or just the bar?
Yes: with Airstream + DJ or Airstream + Cocktail Bar you choose only the service you need. With Airstream only you hire the fitted trailer and one of our supervisors stays on site.
How long does set-up take?
About 30 minutes from arrival: bar, decks, sound system and lights are already on board. At the end of the night we leave the place as we found it.
Who handles music licensing (SIAE)?
In Italy, SIAE music licensing paperwork and fees are the responsibility of the party organiser. If it's your first time, we'll explain how it works.
